OK SO many people asked in the comments where/how to purchase this movie, you can do it on BLOCKBUSTER, amazon or ebay (i'm not sure on amazon, and ebay may not have it). but if you're not from US, you may always try to download it with any P2P software (try eMule, or any bittorrent) but... what about the book on which the movie is based and the games are inspired? I know it was avaiable on amazon, -personally...I purchased it on eBay long time ago (coupled with the 3 manga volumes)- right now it's out of print. Then what about the manga? Same as the book, I don't know if they're avaiable on amazon, try a look on eBay song: Enjoy the Silence by Depeche Mode (remixed by Mike Kenji Shinoda from Linking Park)
