Paul Leonard Newman (Shaker Heights, January 26, 1925 - Westport, September 26, 2008) was an actor, director and film producer. He grew up in Shaker Heights, near Cleveland (Ohio), son of the owner of a large sporting goods store (in turn the son of immigrants, Slovak mother and German father jew) and Slovak immigrant mother, [1] he joined, just after high school in the US Navy Air Corps, Naval Aviation, hoping to become a pilot, but a problem prevented him from view, during the Second World War he served in the South Pacific as a radio operator (1943-1946). In the postwar economic recovery, took management of the company his father, he married Jackie Witte in 1949 and decided to pursue a film career, his wife had three children: Scott Allan (1950-1978), Susan Kendall (1953) and Stephanie (1954 ). After attending for less than a year, the drama school at Yale University, he enrolled at the Actor's Studio in New York and debuted in 1953 in the theater on Broadway in Picnic, work a little later made famous by a movie of the same name. 1954 marked his film debut in The Silver Chalice, but his interpretation is not picked up major awards. The New Yorker, for example, wrote of him "playing his part with the emotional fervor of a bus driver announcing local stops." [2] Paul Newman bought a page of a national newspaper to apologize for its interpretation. And Congrats to Coldplay on winning SONG OF THE YEAR for Viva La Vida, Best Pop Performance with vocals, and Best Rock Album at the 2009 Grammy's. I still think they got robbed for Album of the Year. This music video is a tribute to Depeche Mode - Enjoy the Silence. And in my opinion, this is better than the original Viva La Vida music video.
